meal plans
i dont know the first thing about what to eat for body building i dont know noting about carbs protein calories any of that shit please help !

Hi there!
Proteins: chicken breast, lean red meats, low fat cheese, turkey breast, fish, lean cuts of pork, soy, eggs/eggwhites
Carbs: whole wheat bread/pasta/couscous, quinoa, barley, sweet potatoes/yams, oatmeal, high fiber cereal, fruits, veggies
Fats: avacado, nuts/nut butter, coconut oil, flax, olive oil
You want to eat every 2-3 hours beginning as soon as you wake up and include a protein and carb in every meal. Save fruits for morning meals and stick to veggies and the protein in your afternoon meals.
The meal plan that Swanso has done up in the sticky is great for burning fat.
