OK weights don't stunt growth!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Height cannot be forced or quickened or improved. It is what it is. If you've not gotten taller by the time you're 19-20 then that's all that's programed into your DNA. All she wrote. Live with it and move on. Shorter people on average live longer lives or so statistics say.

Cheers

Okay, I would recomend you try HGH. You can get this supplement at sites like embnutrition.com for very reasonable prices. OR you can go see a doctor and get HGH injections. This supplement stimulates your body to produce Human Growth Hormones.

You are recommending this?

I recommend that he learn to accept the body he has inherited. Until he does that he will be unhappy.

Yes, that is true. We will never be happy until we are comfortable in the body we are born with. However, if he healthly takes supplements to enhance himself perhaps he can find that he really does like himself the way he is. HGH is not an easy supplement to take, it takes a major toll on day-to-day life.
I agree with you to an extent, he should be happy with himself, however we all take/eat certain things to enhance ourselves and there is nothing wrong with trying to make ourselves the best we can be. Obviously there is nothing wrong with being shorter than most, heck everyone would like to grow a few inches, but you may as well do your best to be happy with yourself even if it means trying different things.

I'd feel uncomfortable recommending HGH to anyone. At most I might say that he should consult a physician to see if HGH makes sense in his case.

It seems a bit reckless to be recommending a substance that has serious heath risks when not properly monitored.

Azzis, personally I would say a big NO to HGH. Not to jump on you, just saying it in an objective manner.

Growth Hormones are regulated mainly by the Pituitary, and in turn by the primary Endocrine governer the Hypothalamus.

One or two other things I know of can influence it.

The Pituitary is also responsible for producing a Hormone for regulating Thyroid and it's hormones, and it's metabolic activity.

HGH will stimulate the Endocrine system in an unnatural way. The body gets good metabolic stimulus from good food, sleep and exercise, like all other parts of the Endocrine system.

If you try to synthetically make the body do something it isn't meant to, because it just can't, or you're forcing it to mimic optimal circumstances, in below optimal circumstances, you could harm it.

Same with Testosterone boosters, patches and creams, and possibly in Women, Progesterone and Eostrogen products of similar application.

It's not good for him or anyone to take HGH, Test boosters, or anything like that unless medically instructed, because depending on how it's used, you might get long - term problems, which could possibly become life long, or side effects within a week or two of using the product.

As for nothing wrong with trying to make yourself the best, I agree, but in the right ways, and HGH isn't one of them.

If he is meant to be shorter than the average Bear, that's his lot in life, and in some ways it's better. I'm 6ft 2", it's no fun getting smacked in the head with tree branches, or having to duck walls with a low ceiling sign on.

Not frequent occurances thankfully, and yes more height has benefits, but there's nothing wrong with being shorter, plus, his shorter range of motion will help with lifting, and if he's packing muscle onto a shorter frame, he'll look more solid more quickly, even progressing at roughly the same rate as someone 6-8"+ taller.

Train hard; get the endorphins going and get high. That works.

Vitamins

Post by BigChris »

I have read a few things that suggest taking the proper vitamins can aid in growth. I assume that you are young and still growing so get yourself a good multivitamin. It couldn't hurt.

PS if your not in college don;t worry you;ll hit one in college. I didn't hit last spurt till then. I have read some things that suggest guys can hit a spurt at 24. So try the vitamin thing! And don't worry!

I wish you the best of luck in your fitness journey!
