The Perfect Pushup and Powertubes To Get In Shape?

Post by Nj_1117 »

So basically I used to weight lift a lot from when I was 15-18 y/o and then stopped. Well I'm 22 and looking to get back in shape. I'm not over weight just skinny and ideally want to be ripped, tight, and strong again, but not necessarily huge or anything. I live a very busy life and I travel a lot so I decided to purchase the perfect push up and GoFit pro gym power tube system (heres a link to purchase so you know what I'm working with http://www.gofit.net/site/gofit/product ... tion_id=62), their elastic bands with a different name, same thing though. question is will these two products actually make me stronger and get me tight and ripped? other question is that I've been working out for about 2 weeks now and for some reason last 4 or so workouts (alternating upper body and lower body every other day) I will hardly be sore at all the next day, why is this? Well I'm working out I can feel the burn in every muscle like hell after I'm done (I exercise hard until I can't do it anymore). But the next day I just mildly feel a little sting like I didn't work out as hard as I thought. I take 400mg of magnesium after I work out, maybe I'm healing faster? I don't know any answers would defiantly help.

i'm not sure why people buy products then find out what to do them afterwards...

anyway the perfect push up is a waste of money, it's the same as a normal push up so they won't do anything that won't do

bands are good but if you're too strong for them then they will be pretty much useless depending on their tension

I have The Perfect Pushup ($15.00 at BJ's Club).

It is functionally a standard push up bar and I find that a conventional pushup is painful because wrist is bent back.

I don't think there is anything useful in the swivel function though.
