Do you mean it's growing out one way, or is it growing out both ways and looking more orange shaped?

P.S. don't worry about asking the questions yeah, it's cool. If it helps you learn, ask as many as you ned to.

yeah, it's growing out both ways but it seems the width gets larger, rather than the height... it kind of looks like a football ( not that it's that big ) but the shape of it is like a football..
so what kind of exercises could i do to increase the height??

thanks

it's all genetics...it would seem your long head is more genetically enhanced than your short head which provides the peak or tennis ball look...there's nothing you can do about...i think i got the heads correct

That happened to me too but i think with me it has something to do with how heavy the weights i use are and what kind of exercise i do. When i use light weights to do dumbell curls and do more reps (i know you're not supposed to do that for muscle gain) muscle grows outwards like you described but when i do a different exercise with rubber bands that i have (very high resistance) and low number of reps it seems to be growing outwards AND getting taller. It may just be me imagining it or body type but you should maybe try doing different exercises in order to increase the height of your bicep.
