Hi evryone,
Few days ago I started training with an older man from the gym I go to. He has been working out for about 20 years and he is a kinesiology professor at a University in city and also does some training for the Military.
After the intense workout of approx an hour or so I fely like I had to puke (which I did when I went home).
I have played sports all life (wrestling, soccer, muay thai, but I have never felt that way)
Is that normal, and what/why would cause something like that?
Puking after a workout

There's a quote from Arthur Jones in Ellington Darden's book "The New High Intensity Training":
"If you've never vomited after doing a set, you're not working hard enough". So Arthur Jones would be proud of you.
Nevertheless, I agree with the other posters that vomiting is your body telling you it would like you to back off. I think it can be prompted by too much lactic acid accumulation. It's never happened to me lifting, but it I've come close biking up steep hills.
