1 - 70 yes...if your lifting the correct wt (i.e. heavy) you should need it...you can't get stronger when your training under fatigue all the time

2 - handstand push ups maybe depending what another pressing is on the other days

Does your new gym have any benches and an exercise ball? Use the bench to do dips with your feet up on the exercise ball.
