Very busy during day, need recipes that I can eat on the run
I am currently trying to eat five meals of 300 calories, 22g protein, 41 g CHO and 5 g fat per meal. problem is getting in the midmorning meal and the after lunch meal. These meals I need options that I can pick up and eat quickly with little mess, any suggestions????

The composition of protein and fat might make meal planning difficult. Consuming only 15% of fat and 29% of protein may leave you unsatisfied and with stressed kidneys. 55% of CHO is fine, but I would recommend increasing fat to about 25-30% of calories and decreasing protein to about 15% of calories.
