I am currently trying to eat five meals of 300 calories, 22g protein, 41 g CHO and 5 g fat per meal. problem is getting in the midmorning meal and the after lunch meal. These meals I need options that I can pick up and eat quickly with little mess, any suggestions????

The composition of protein and fat might make meal planning difficult. You are wanting quite a bit of protein and not enough fat. 110grams of protein and 25grams of fat for a 1500 calorie diet is not really balanced.
Consuming only 15% of fat and 29% of protein may leave you unsatisfied and with stressed kidneys. 55% of CHO is fine, but I would recommend increasing fat to about 25-30% of calories and decreasing protein to about 15% of calories.

Thank you, I got those ratios from Tom Venuto's BTFFTM. It may explain why I look a bit more "bulky" and I keep waiting on the fat to fall off. I will play with the ratios a bit more--it might keep "binging" to a minimum. Thanks again.

Adding some cardio into your regimen will aid in fat loss, just be sure to eat enough to maintain cardio and strength training.
