Load of phooey.

You could do better with BCAA's stacked with Glutamine, and Arginine pre-workout, if you want similar results in Muscle building, synthesis and Bloodflow, and then maybe add something like Oats as a Carb source for your BCAA's.

Ramped up Metabolsim is not a good idea, Metabolism regulates well with Thyroid, Pituitary and possibly Parathyroid activity. NEVER play god with your Metabolism, you could end up hurting your body.

Healthy exercise, and diet pay off, in terms of better Metabolism, and anything claiming to "ramp up Metabolism", should be avoided. Better Metabolism will come with lowered Fat and increased muscle mass.

These are the only "bodybuilding" supplements you need to help you.

Protein powder with Complex Carbs, or maybe a complex / simple mix like Palatinose or Glucomannan as examples.

Could do the stack I mentioned before, with the Arginine before workouts, and the Carb source as a Glycogen and Bloodsugar booster.

Could possibly use HMB, (Gamma-hydroxy Methyl Butyrate), as a Protein synthesiser, but it's not necessary.

Glutamine for nightime, or maybe a Whey or Casein protein for anti-Catabolic activity.

Creatine when you're bigger and have more power. I'd wait until you're around the 170lb lean mark, which means not using Creatine for at least 18-24 months, depending on original lean size.

Don't use anything that claims to give you massive power, cranked up Test, massive energy, boosted drive, as they are all not necessary, and expensive. Special offers excluded, but eventually such prices DO go back up.

Arginine would increase Bloodflow to the Penis anyway, to assist Erections, but a good Protein rich diet would do that anyway, as well as low to no Caffeine.

Bottom line is AVOID expensive wastes of time. Solid training, diet, and good old basics, will always get you where you want to be eventually, even if it takes about 6-12 months longer, you'll save a tonne of $$$, or £££ for the rest of your life.
