Hi everyone
I am training for BCT at Ft. Jackson and need to lose like 10 lbs. I know it seems like a little weight but I also need to increase push ups, sit ups and run time. Any advice? Would love to lose inches!!!
Thanks!!!

you lose wt from eating clean (go to that article suggested) and int exercise..i'd also suggest searching "your body is a barbell" by alwyn cosgrove and doing that origram where we can incorporate the test exrcises into it

sprints 2x per week with 1x distance run.
body as a barbell by cosgrove would definately be you other best bet to increase overall strength.
so...
interval day
resistance day
distance day
rest day
resistance day
interval day
resistance day
try this out, cheers

To be brief, 6 meals a day is better than 4, for preservation of muscle mass, and better Metabolism. When you eat the right kinds of course
