Since you've blocked your profile from viewing I don't know if you are or female or you're size and weight or anything else, but it sounds like you're setting yourself up to be extremely unhealthy at trying to be healthy.

cheers

pako - probably not...start calories at 12 calories per pound of bodyweight and decrease/increase as needed and start training qwith bodyweight resistance exercises

lyrical - same calories thing as above

both of you - don't count cal's, get your food choices and timing right and it won't really matter

Calories are something to bear in mind, but not obsess over. If you actually tried to get an exact Protein, Carb and Fat amount in grams per meal, you'd drive yourself insane.

Examples being a 3.5OZ, (100g) Chicken Breast at 30g Protein per Breast. No Chicken Breast is exactly the same proportions every time, and it might not say on the packaging, exactly what it is in weight terms, it might just say 100g approx, so one day you might get one that's 102g, another time 100g, another time 97.354758g.

So you'll end up getting a different amount of Protein if then next Breast you buy is 4g in weight lighter, even if the difference in Protein is something like 0.3g, so you can see why Calorie obsessing is pointless.

You just need to be in the ballpark, that's all.

So pako, you emailed me -- I'll just reply here -- so now read this info in your forum here and read the stickies in this forum for all the rest of the information. Feel free to ask more questions after that! :)

cheers
