I am a vegetarian and i do not eat any meat except for seafoods ocassionally. Everyone always has chicken in the diet for a source of protein. So what would you do if you dont eat chicke breast or anything of the sort? I need a 6 meal plan for veggies. Im not vegan so i still do eat dairy.

Protein sources, Egg Whites, Legumes, Lentils, Dairy, Soy, Mushrooms, Corn, Nuts, (though not a brilliant level).

Haven't got time right now, as it's late, hence why I'm being brief. Will add to anything others might say if able, at a later date.

If you want Soy you can also get Nattokinase. Noy sure how, but it's a Soy product with a Bifidus culture in it.

Also you could try Kefir. People grow it and give it away free.

You just leave it in Milk for 12-36 hours, and it dissolves the Lactose and converts the Milk into a Yoghurty type product.

cool thank you guys. i tried the fake chicken. (morning star) not really a big fan of it. I like the beef product though. I will definetely try the other brand of chicken stuff you recommended.
