Cant remember if this has been asked before. But just curious as to what you guys/ girls think wud be some good ways to strengthen yourself for arm wrestling.
I arm wrestled a guy in college and when we were done he had two black eyes. He apparently burst all the blood vessels by the effort for the extended period of time.
I believe that curls are probably your primary exercise for wrist wrestling.
the biceps are elbow flexors so at best they are taxed isometrically during arm wrestling but you also have extension at the shoulder joint so if anything a chin up isomtric hold can be used
a curl will a) allow only shitty light wt to be used and b) not even replicate the action and/or demands of arm wrestling
