Well as people may remember there was a quiz of sorts on here a while back, so I thought it would be fun to do another one.

Basically multiple choice, based on Muscular, Cardiovascular and dietry questions. Some easier than others.

I'll be giving the answers out about 10-14 days from now, so don't take this too seriously, it's just to see what people remember, have learned, taught themselves etc etc.
