Testosterone + Gyno Questions
Hi, i was wondering what's the best way to increase testosterone level naturally (cuz i dont think the pills really work/waste of money). i remember reading a article on t-nation about it, but can't seem to find it anymore. if u could link it that would be great. i know increasing testosterone would help me get rid of the slight gyno that i have. what are other ways would u suggest would help me get rid of the gyno? (cuz at this time surgery isn't possible for me). any help concerning these two would be very helpful. thank you!

ya how long have you had it man?
they say it only last a few months after getting it...it is because of test/estrogen levels fluctuating...the only things is read to help get rid of it are zinc/magnesium....getting a prescription from your doc...or surgery...been a few years for me and im thinking about just going and getting surgery after schooling is done...im with ya man...ive got a rly big chest muscle wise...and the fat on it makes it look like its all fat...so let me know if you find anything out!

i only noticed it this year. before i used to think it was just fat until i lost alot of fat. it's actually not that bad, but it's really soft. Hard work at the gym goes to kinda waste - it's very demotivating. i might go see a doctor soon about it, but i really doubt he's gonna do anything about it. is surgery safe? any negative effects at all?
hey swanso, i just did some research on how to decrease cortisol secretion levels, but i was unable to find anything. but i think i've read somehere that zinc and magnesium could help. but i dont even know any food that contains those and are healthy. any suggestions for decrease in cortisol/zinc/magnesium?
