Thanks for the reply, but i have one more question. I recently did a bf% test (with measurements) and i got 11% one one test and 9% on a different one. Is this a good bf% for muscle definition and what can i do (considering i dont want to be to skinny because mom is on case already) to get more muscle definition? Thanks for the help.
