So, I'm still learning, but so far so good. I have been doing cardio for the last few days and want to make sure this is okay for full benefits of cardio. I start out at a slow pace on treadmill for 5 minutes then at a moderate not brisk pace for 10 min. I then go to the elliptical for about 15 mins as legs get tired. breathing is okay its just calves and thighs start to hurt. I then work on the stationery bike for 15 mins and back to the elliptical for 10 mins. Is this okay? I don't rest in between switching besides setting the machines.

it doesn't take skill, give this a shot:
2mins warm up
1min as hard as you can
1min as slow as you can go (recovery)
x 5 cycles
2mins warm down
do on x trainer / elliptical

I think that is OK for some of your cardio. Mixing it up is important. Try adding sprints a few days a week too and you will see a difference.
