Hi, I'm new to the site and trying to get weight gaining program organized. Ive tried to use the food tracker to organize eating but it doesn't have the simple foods like scrambled eggs. Here is a typical day for me:
Breakfast 6:30
Two scrambled eggs
Sausage
Toast(white bread)
Oatmeal
Lite Lunch 9:30 (depending on work)
Protein shake
Lunch 12:30
Subway Chicken breast
Lite Dinner 3:30
Tuna Sandwiches
Workout 5:00 (protein shake after)
Dinner
Spaghetti
Also if I'm not real sore the next day after workouts does that mean I didn't work hard enough? And any ideas on upper and lower back exercises would help. I think I have a pretty god idea on working out 3 times a week. Its more of the eating part I'm struggling with....
I'm trying to bulk up and get more acquainted with the site. Anything helps......Thanks

- replace toast with fruit
- eat cal's dont drink them...fruit and solid protein for meal 2
- ad veg/salad to lunch...maybe cut out the bread here too
- replace bread with veg/salad to tuna
- again eat dont drink...solid proetin, veg again
- straight after training have a protein shake and add meat to spag
- too much carbs at times you don;t need them for mine (bread x 3 serves a day but no veggies)
- soreness means shit
- if you need ideas on exercises then your training can't be too flash..i suggest posting it
