Hello guys name is sam. i want to build body but im too weak though im 21years old but through body it seems im.... weight is 52kg and waist is around 28 inch n i diet is i think good...but major reason of weakness in me i think was nocturnal emission but now it is reduce to minimum that is once in a week!!! so plz help me iwant to increase of waist and want to gain some weight .......... :?:

Two questions.

1. What is your diet like, you might be surprised about things you think are okay may not be.

2. What in the world is nocturnal emission, are you talking about drinking or something like that?

in diet i take a glass of milk in the morning n ate fresh vegetables and fruits etc and nocturnal emission is a medical term for wet dreams.....

Right nocturnal emission, okay, moving swiftly on.

Where's the protein sources, because a glass of Milk, isn't sufficient?

The Fruit and Veg will provide minimal amounts, you need more than they provide. What else do you like having, say from Meat, Poultry, Fish, or Legume sources?

Well then keep Fish to non-oily kinds like Cod. Also keep Meat and Poultry to lean sources.

So things like Skinless Chicken breast, and lean Turkey / Chicken slices.

Ground Beef.

If you eat things like Lamb and Pork, cut the fatty lumps off the side, to reduce fat content.

I would be aiming in your case, for I think 6 small meals a day, and you could try going with a split of 30/50/20, Proteins / Carbs / Fats.

So you'd eat 30 grams Protein / 50 grams Carbs / 9 grams Fats per meal.

120 calories Protein, 200 Carbs, 80 calories Fats per meal.

So a total of 720 calories Protein, 1,200 Carbs, 480 Fats per meal

To emphasise what this equates to, it is like having a Skinless Chicken Breast, a couple of small Baked Potatos, and maybe some Polyunsaturated, or Monounsaturated spread on them.

That gives you an idea of what you'd need to eat.

Your total daily calories would be 2,400

Hopefully that will help you to grow, in conjunction with good training.

Thing is in his condition at 114lb's, I don't think he needs them yet. I'm not dissing you Bigiz, but he could use a regular protein powder once or twice a day as many do, but a weight gainer, I think would be better when he's added another 30-40lb's on him.

At this point, he might find they could help to bulk him, but his bulk might be dirtier as a result, rather than his colories being lower, and his ratios allowing a cleaner bulk, with more lean muscle gains, which at this moment are highly possible.

how tall are you? are you a guy or a girl? that's pretty low poundage there...

if you want to build muscle you should eat and if you are skinny right now then you should eat even more : pasta, bread and rice (carbohydrates) and fish, poultry, milk, meat and eggs (proteins) and also some fats like avocado, fish oil, nuts, cheese etc. in moderation. add alot of fruits and veggies for vitamins.

without eating enough of the right foods you simply can't gain any muscle. also if you start training then you have to eat even more to compensate for the energy you use while training.

pretty simple.

Bottom line: More calories, adequate training. Protein will come from the added calories. If you have problems consuming enough calories from food, you may supplement your diet with Boost, Ensure, or something of the kind which provided a lot of calories and protein in a smaller volume. Protein in and of itself (powders) will not cause weight gain without the added calories.

thanx u all ppl specially boss man from now onward i will try to adopt such a heavy diet.......and after trying it for two weeks than i will tell u ppl that wat was it effect on me....and there is one more question that does wet dreams are harmful to our body i mean is it ok that if it is once in week or not.....n i think that the weakness in body is only due to wet dreams because at one point it was happening to me so much that i start losing hairs but now as it is reduced hairs are now stop failing...

got me confused with what you call "wet dreams"... are you a girl or a guy? if you happen to ejaculate at night that's alright... many guys masturbate (and girls too for that matter) and is basically the same thing. you are 21 and you should be aware of your sexuality... buy a book on sexuality or a DVD or something just to remove some confusion from your brain and make sure you don't have another condition you just assume it is "wet dreams". masturbating and ejaculating don't make one lose his hair as far as i know (well maybe depends where it happens as if you become a father then maybe yeah i saw some figuratively losing their hair hehe)

man if u have ejaculation contiously in 7 days or with a one day break for one or two years than i will ask wat is of urs falling....if it is once or twice in a week than its alright but think if it happens to u five or six times in a week for one or two years.....than will u be able to do a ...i think never but with vigra u can do it... :D
And i know everything abt ...i have done with 4 girls in life.... :lol: 8)
