Hey guys im 17 years of age nearly 18 i weigh 275 lbs (125kg) and im 6'5 tall and wanting to loose weight!
i have some equipment, at home i have x-trainer, weights (dumbells/barbells) treadmill. bike.
what would a good routine and a good diet be? im wanting to get down to atleast 85kg-90kg ASAP! btw im going to give up smoking because obviously that doesnt help.
