Use a barbell for squats and deads and not the EZ bar, you don't want to get used to it because you will outgrow it quickly, a barbell you will use for the rest of your life;)

Ok so worout program should contain:

Squats
Deadlifts
Lunges
Chin Ups
Dumbell Shoulder Press / Arnold Press

Does this sound good. I really am wanting to focus soley on compound exercises to trigger maximum growth. I have realised isolation exercises havent done any good in me putting on muscle !

So anyone help me put this together in a routine ??

Cheers
