I give shitty workout advice to women. Should I give them the same advice as men? I should right?

Why would a female train differently than a ?
All training should be goal specific, and take into account the fitness/health level of the individual.
Specific female training is a myth.

THe only thing we must consider is that strength gains, mass gains, and diet will be different (Yes a 130lbs guy VS a 130lbs women won't have the same diet.). If you plan on being a PT.

For the program, it is only based on goals and experience, not .

Well considering most women haven't really ever done weights should I start off with bodyweight exercises?

training is the same, diet is the same, motivation is different so you'll need to gear your teaching methods towards the individual...you'll find the chicks compare themselves to where they have looked like before where blokes compare themselves to the poof in the corner with arms like balloons (i'm not sure why, the competitive thing i think)...they will also train "faster" where they try and fit too much into their sessions and thus their quality is really quite ordinary compared to their quantity...they will often train harder them males too because they think they are "up against it" so to speak

- the first 2 is because we simply have more muscle
- both men/chicks start to burn muscle after 60mins, depends on diet intake pre/during etc
- don't agree with the lower body strength thing at all...chicks can perform more reps at a given % of wt though as they havew more slow twitch/endurance type fibres but again depends on training

Not ot sound contradictory, but why do you believe personally Women have more lower body strength. I could believe that manyy could have more mass, than the average , if you include Fat and water, but more strength I find difficult to understand. Some of the women in gym are quite rakish, and have Leg build like a 15 year old boy, (that's not meant to sound derogatory), so I'd be interested in the interpretation of what you said, and I would very much respect what you say.
