creatine

Post by fnutt11 »

I'm a regular workout guy. I workout approx 4 days a week. I was wondering if anyone uses this. I know lots of people do and I did as a younger man. Just wondering if there is any use, and if so what brands are good. I read alot on creatine pyruvate but am having a hard time finding anything thanks. 8)

tons of studies have shown that creatine can help increase strength...but individual results may vary...lol

you just gotta try it...some people might have big gains with it while some might not see much of anything...

your body makes some on its own...and it can only hold so much...so supplementing with it just ensures that your body is at its max capacity

read up on creatine phosphate...thats whats in your muscles....but i used to supplement with just gnc pro performance brand flavorless creatine monohydrate...when i used to take it i would just mix it with warm sugar water...(Warm cuz it disolves better...but not hot cuz i heard thatll ruin the creatine...and sugar water because you need the carbs)

i think it helped me...seemed that i was never really sore the next day after working out...also i think it kind of gave me a physiological boost because everyone was like it makes you stronger...so i would lift heavier weights because i knew i was taking it lol

just try it and see if it works for you

Like I said I've used it before. I have just head about lots of new side effects (Liver Damage). Creatine pyruvate is supposed to not do that to your body. Just wondering. Thanks again.

never heard of that kind but i know people that have taken monohydrate for years with no problems except an occasional stomach ache...

creatinine is the bad stuff....

only thing i heard was that your not supposed to take any anti-imflammitorys while supplementing

Creatine is safe, when used in safe doses, and not used continuously, cycled off and on.

Unless you have a medical problem, or for some reason high pre-exsiting Creatinine levels in your Blood, then don't take it.
