I think you could be doing too much Cardio. Also you could be affecting your Metabolism on a low calorie diet, and then burning off calories your body needs, as some of your weight loss could be muscle, and such things can affect your bodies weight loss responses, as from memory, over time you could condition your body to want less calories, and then when you eat more they might store as fats.

I would think at this point, you either need to trim your Cardio down a bit or increase calories a bit. Weight loss doesn't need to be a strict dieting exercise. If you eat 5-6 small pretty evenly spaced meals, you can achieve what you want, without weight loss being partially muscle based.

you burn 90% of your calories while not exercising so metabolism is the most important element for fat loss

to increase this you need to either:

1 - increase calories (thermogenisis),

2 - resistance training,

3 - high intensity energy sysems training or,

4 - all of the above

Steady state cardio will not do it as it only burs cal's during the actual exercise part not after

Not quite so many calories are burned as bmr.

What do you mean by low calorie? How low are you calories? If you want to run that much you need to gve your body proper fuel. And food is fuel for the body.
