Man Boobs

Post by raazaa »

Hi. I am sure alot of guys out there can read this term and cringe! Little bit of fat on chest is good, it helps you from looking flat-chested & decieve some to think of it as muscle instead. But a little extra flesh up there & you're always wearing a shirt with two front pockets!!! :S

I am 28 yr old guy & have always had little bit of fat around chest. But in the last 3 years I have gained 22 lbs & boobs have gained fat too. They've gotten pointy & embarrasing. Other than that, I have gained waistline mostly. Rest of body's pretty much like it was earlier.

I am not into lifting weights & prefer outdoor form of workouts, aerobics & swimming.

Kindly pitch in with your suggestions to help me get rid of them and to acquire a beach body that I never had!

Thanks

There's the issue. Weightlifting would be beneficial to you.

Swimming is quite adaptive, and unless you alter the stroke or pace often, your body could become accustomed to it, and then it loses efficacy, especially if you increased calories for example, to try and give the body more to burn, and the body adapts leaving you potentially unable to burn, some of the extra calories as effectively.

I would suggest if you like nature, then try to use nature to your advantage.

Perhaps you could find hills to run up that would work the Legs, possibly with a small Log on your Back a la Rocky, or areas to do stuff like Planks and Abs work. Maybe you could use gloves, and do Pulls-ups and Chins with thick Tree branches.

Perhaps find some Steps, or a Log or a Rock, to do Press-ups on, and see if this kind of strategum works for you.

You might be as well to try and include things like Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Copcnut Oil, Sesame Oil, Cod Liver Oil Caps, Fish Oil, Omega Caps, Krill Oil, Nuts, Low Fat Cheese, Avocado etc etc. Sources that contain healthy Fats, as they can potentially help in part to reduce Sautrate Fat levels.

If you do have some of those, then possibly increase the levels, or add a few more, possibly to substitute for other types of food with a bit more saturate in.

Another possibility is, you've potentially not been burning calories, not through too many calories and inadequate exercise, but the body holding onto Fat, because you have too low calories, and can't burn that much off, and also if you burn muscle too, you could lower Metabolism, and actually store Fat again.

So you could weightlift, and maybe add 2x sessions of Aerobic / plyometric stuff for 30 mins a time, or try to use what you have around you in nature, or try to alter the intensity of exercise, over the same time frame, or change calories to reflect either a too high, or too low consumption.
