Embarssing Issue

Hello,

Well im new but been reading forums for some time now. I have a problem that's to embarrassing to discuss using a real user name and any other contact info on pro. so i hope everyone can understand me keeping id on the down low. And hope to solve problem once and for all.

Well im 17 year old over 170 pounds i think. i am not fat but do got some body fat and also some muscle and bulk. but that's not problem, problem is butt has some extra fat and meat on it so people says i have a big butt some girls like it but i find it really embarrassing so see butt stick out a little more then normal and its not even much fat at all its a mixture with some muscle bulk. i really would love for someone to help me trim inches off along with hips....for a guy this is something that's hard to discuss

okay, its only embarrassing if you let it be as we all have parts of our bodies we don't like. Research waterbury method for weights, on your off days do HIIT and have one day off a week.

Is it just the butt or do you have fat pockets in other areas, such as chest and lower stomach? I'm asking to find out if you are storing fat in areas that are usually reserved for females. If so, you might want to make sure you do not have high estrogen levels.
You might just have a fat , nothing to be ashamed about, you wouldn't be the first. Since you are looking for a solution, half the problem is already solved.

look at your underwear line in a mirror and tell me which way it slopes

Well I have not worked out in almost half a year. iv been planing to go back but need some facts before i start again. I do have some body fat around body and lil bit more around but people say all the time im not fat just a little big. I used to diet before money problems came and lost lot of fat and gain muscles and still butt was big. I will admit I dont do cardio......I do need to start but dont think it will help much since it never did that much. When i work out i do everything right with help from trainer tips and watching me some times, i wear boxers and the back sticks up more cause of shape

I dont have much pics of body and none of but hes some of how i was before leaving the gym and shows how body is with fat and muscles

As you can see im not some skinny guy never have been but butt just a little extra big and sticks out when im walking and pass a mirror i see a lil lump and its butt making t shirt go up a little bit

sounds postural mainly

do:

hip flexor stretch x 15 / single leg supine bridge x 15 / static lunge x 12 x 1 leg then the other x 4 times

you look best in the frst photo

what's your training/eating like???

meh, unless you have a real huge butt, I think you're making an issue out of nothing.

Seriously, I believe you're worried about nothing, get your workout and diet checked by us and we will help you to improve everything.

And yes you looked leaner and as much muscular in pic one. Even if you only took front upper body pics witch represent only 20% of our physic ...

Couldn't see your butt so I think you're worried about nothing.

:) put it behind you and get back to full body workouts ;)

I woud have though that's where it was to begin with, unless the dude's, been doing some real weird type of Squats, and gotten lopsided development :wink:.

I wouldn't worry fella. guys tend to have less hangups about butt size. Unless it is a biggie as was eluded to before, so don't worry about it. I doubt you have anything really to worry about.

Ill try to get some pics of lower half of body, but I know its not a huge deal and its not a super big butt, but still enough to notice and others notice to (some girls like it but i dont) inc girlfriend loves it but i still feel ashamed and such and would like something to do to decrease the size
