How I Can Cheat Body

Post by Jean13 »

I heard Jessica Alba say in an interview that she used this product called Abs in a Box to get her pre-baby body back. Then I saw these products by a company called It Cosmetics www.itcosmetics.com on the Today Show so I thought I would try them. I TOTALLY look like I've lost 15 lbs instantly and I feel like I'm finally able to get that in-shape look I've been working so hard for in the gym. I used their ABS IN A BOX and SMOKIN' HOT LEGS. I am now going to order the BEAUTIFUL BREASTS kit.

Just thought I'd share this GREAT find!!!

I wouldn't give a stuff what people like Jessica Alba say. Some of those people use expensive treatments, and surgery to look good, because they're too lazy to eat stricter and workout.

I certainly wouldn't use anything based on the fact a sportsperson or celeb used it. That wouldn't and shouldn't be any factor in the decision making process at all.

Hmmm... Was that post for real or is that person trying to sell a product? Curious....

Why be so polite when they insult people’s intelligence and prey on vulnerable and insecure people.
I don’t like to be rude but jean13 should either wake up and live in the real world or get a proper job.

I looked at the site and it amused me all day, maybe they could make a musical called PAINT YOUR ABBS ON

Good one Petboy.

Actually Cassie, you are probably right. I think I've seen this kind of thing before, but some years ago, and it didn't cross mind. As the person hasn't bene back, then it may well be selling.

I have altereds the link accordingly, so it can't be directly accessed. If said poster complains, then I'll privately discuss if I've been assuming too much or not.

Thanks for you caution. A possible rare occasion where I saw something potentially spammy and failed to realise.

I wouldn't trust that stuff. You dont even know what the ingredients are on those things because they dont tell you. Why would you use makeup to make your body look better? Working out is better. I doubt Jessica Alba used that stuff. She probably has expensive personal trainers that watch her every fitness move. Telling her what to eat and constantly monitoring her.

Any decent personal trainer can get you results. The fact that ones big celebs use expensive, is just because they like making rich as cresus types pay through the nose, and these people are too scared to go to regular Gyms, or hire $30 an hour types incase people at their gym mob them all the time, or start telling everyone they workout with celebs.

Would be a good way to get more people to workout though, even if it was for vain reasons like pumping up next to Clooney and Diesel, down near the local arcade .

Hay pal how many more sets you got on that Pec Deck?

Just a couple.

Well for a guy like you I'll wait.

Thanks Clooney you're a real swell guy.

LOL Bossman. That's funny and true. I guess if your trainer has knowledge they have knowledge. I can see them not wanting to go to the gym for fear of being hounded.

Exactly. You should also compare the Qualification for a good PT, who trains regular folks, against the people who train the big hollywood and music types, and I bet some of the big swanky PT's will have something decent like Canfit, and some of the good Gym PT, might have something even better like CSCS, (could be the reverse in some cases), but the celebs don't know the difference, the celebs just think for $80 an hour they're getting good stuff, and when they lose 0.5" of , it convinces them.

I wouldn't be at all surprised, if some big name PT's claim they can get people like J'lo, trim inside of 4 months, instead of 3 months, just to make them pay another month of high prices.

How I Can Cheat Body

Post by thomson2008 »

have a few questions, you may not be able to answer them all at once, but that’s fine. Firstly, what about a cheat meal or day? How is this beneficial, and does this mean I can just eat what I want all day? Secondly, I’m trying to lose fat, and put on muscle, and I’m having some success with this, however, do you recommend a fat burner which would speed up this process? Are they safe, and useful? Finally, I am trying to eat small and often, the right foods, etc, etc. Cardio is boring, but I am considering taking your advice about the Cardio Coach. Is there any other ways that I can boost metabolism? Do you have any good knowledge which would give me a better chance of reaching goals? Thanks in advance, and keep up the good work.

You will get an answer perhaps when you justify why you're posting here. I just had to delete a fake signature with about 3 links in it, and yes you did use a fake, the seperator was created with underscores.

You can either use this site responsibly, or you can leave. Your choice, but posting links about Jeans and car parts isn't allowed. Clear?

Hoax or not.....word to the wise. You cannot buy fitness in a box, bottle, or some fancy machine you use at home. Invest in a certified personal trainer to get you jump started with an effective workout routine and put healthy foods in your body. The rewards will amaze you. Anyone can do it with proper guidance and good discipline. Just 2cents of course :D
