I was wondering if anyone could help me build a simple stength training program to supplement cycling.
On the bike, I will train 11-14 hours per week doing various interval training and hill workouts. I weigh 170 lbs and I'm 6'3".
I'm looking to not have to go to the gym for a majority of strength training. I'm looking to do a combination of pushups, situps, etc..
I can go to the gym for big things.
