I am a registered mammography technologist and as far as you questioning a reduction, own personal opinion is your too young. I have seen many women over the years have this procedure done at an early age and after they have children, they are right back where they started. Your body goes through so many hormonal changes and the breasts are the first thing to enlarge (as well as your tummy) to prepare you for motherhood. I have a very dear friend who had a reduction at 19 and at 29 (after kids) she was the same size she used to be pre-reduction. She regretted having it done so soon and wish she would have waited. Of course there are some who will disagree with this but after seeing women over the years having it done at an early age, 95% of them wish they would have waited post children. I totally agree with Sarah and Boss Man as far as your posture. It does take some getting used to and it feels awkward at first but once you get in the habit of correct form, it will come natural. If you are having serious back problems, please see a board certified surgeon specializing in breast reduction and most likely, they will encourage you to resolve the issue without having to resort to surgery. In the end if, you choose a reduction, please educate yourself in knowing that nothing is permanent and it is a very personal choice. Good luck!

Sage advise.

If anyone goes for any sort of procedure, whther it's Breasts, Botox, reshaping, Lipsuction etc etc, they HAVE TO know exactly what they are getting themselves into.

I saw something recently about Botox, and some women were setup, by an actor made to look like Doctor. He had vials of water not real botox, and one person was so excited, the silly person, she was on the couch slapping her hands together like a 6 year old, who'd just gotten her first proper bike. How naive can you get.

Only one of them didn't believe it was all above board, and smelt a rat, when this guy was asked, would you need a medical before getting injected, and he said no.

About 10-12 people were there, and only 1 thought what he'd said was fishy, that is just plain bad, that there is such ignorance and naivity.

The situation got stopped while the silly one was on the couch.

The fatc is too many procedures are either unnecessary, or possibly dangerous, or can possibly cause deformities.

Another thing that might shock Boopster, is that in this country one guy offers a course, where you can go, learn about the Facial anatomy, learn how to jab needles into someones face, and be qualified to give injections in just 1 day.

That to me is just plain wrong, but some peole do it, because they run certain businesses, where that woudl be a good sideline and a profit booster.

In this country we are laxe on this. We allow roughly 32 different kinds of fillers, and anyone who has some kind of qualification like the one mentioned above can do it.

In america, they use about 7 legit Fillers only and people from a medical background only are allowed to do this. Stark contrast.

I saw something esle recently about things like this, and one gay guy with thick "dingy lips", a bit like MicJagger, who ran a clinic of sorts, told a woman some of the things he could do for her, one of which was that he would inject "toxins" into her face.

Frankly I cannot believe some people could pay around $500-$750 per session, maybe more, and get pumped with toxins, as if it's as normal as eating Toast.

Really is a very worrying social trend.

Very interesting cases you posted Boss Man. There are women and men who will do whatever it takes to get the physical look they want at any price. There are many so called "professionals" all over the USA trying to rip these hopeful souls off and the only people paying the price are the ones who end up with a botched up boob job or botox injections that make a permanent smile on your face. There are risks with ANY procedure now and a patient has to weigh all options before making that decision. I am one of those people. After many years of living with a physical abnormality with one of breasts, I opted for breast enhancement. I studied, weighed options, got 4 different plastic surgeons opinions until I finally felt comfortable with a surgeon who I trusted. It took me 5 years to make this decision and I do not regret it for one second. Plastic surgery is a very personal choice and the key is education. To this day I still know that there are complications from procedure that could occur, but that is the risk I take for no other reason than a personal choice. I have no problems with patients who choose to have plastic surgery as long as they weigh all their options, exhaust all efforts, inform themselves of all risks AND have realistic expectations.

I am 26 and have twins too! I have always been muscular and have always had small breasts. They were a B when I was breastfeeding! I personally have no fat whatsoever in them, and so do not worry about losing them when slimming down. However, I know that many women have had that problem. I think that if you are interested in becoming more fit and losing weight, you should not let breast size deter you.

Oops I misread your post! Don't know many girls who want smaller "girls"!
