Just a couple days ago I got a 100 pound heavy bag, speed bag, and boxing gloves, they were for dad as a birthday present.
I have been using the speed bag primarily and I like it a lot, but I just want to know if it is ok for muscles if I use the speed bag on days off from workout.
Should I do the speed/heavy bag before or after workout? Is it ok to do them on days off without hurting muscles or overdoing it?
Please help, I just dont want to do it on days off unless muscles wont get hurt and they still grow and progress.
