I was wondering where i can find or what i can do to start bulking up ... im 11th grade...130ish and 5 11...im fit for how i look and i wanan start getting big... was wondering if someone can show me a journal i can follow something simlar to 3 day week at gym..mon wed fri..

n others can be put on tues or what not...bu i wanna get big gimme tips goooooo i drink protein once a day...i take in probly 120g protein i wouldnt say dailiy though...i eat about 5 times a day but i can change it all
