Yes, no need to manipulate diet. You will loose fat at first and gain muscle at the same time. But one day it stall and you must choose between fat lost or mass gain.

without carbs you won't be able to train hard enough and then recover to build muscle

choose 1 or the other i'd say

Yes you must choose for sure, but when in a building mass phase, you will loose fat at first and you don't need to manipulate you carbs much for this (Just timed them good)

you can do 4 weeks bulk and 4 weeks leaning if you want...it'sbetter to bulk for longer though and just eat clean, not too much shit...you'll have to accept you'll gain some fat but just minimise it

Here is the simple fact, if you are adding muscle and not loosing fat and your body weight slowly goes up from muscle added then your fat % will change. If you lose fat weight your fat % will change. If you lose fat, gain muscle and never change your scale weight your fat % will change.

Technically your body fat % will fluctuate as much as your scale weight.

bulk for few years, you won't even see the fat gains if you workout right. Let's say you gain 1 pounds of fat for 3-4 pounds of muscle, you won't ever see that little pounds due to the marvelous gain. Cutting isn't absolutely required unless your fat or in a sport and need to fit in a weight class

hmm its kind of a short term goal really. im jus tryin to see if current training routine and eating plans are gonna work. so i wanna bulk till lifting class ends and if i see considerable gains, i might continue and add even more intensity to current training routine for maybe 1 more year or so.

it's al good to have these long term goals but be sure to keep updates on them so they don't get out of hand via too much fat gain...reasess every 8 weeks or so
