People rave on about how good eggs are for you... i totally agree. Then everyone says that they are bad for you due to high cholesterol levels...
How many eggs in 1 week is ok? Is 12 excessive? I like to have scrambled eggs (3 eggs) on toast after ive had protein shake post workout.

Yeah, Keep the Eggs in, but use mostly whites. Yoo only need about 1 Yolk a Day, because although Yolk has things like Lutein, Fat Soluable Vitamins and Protein, it has Cholesterol carrying Cholesterol, in the ratio of about 60 / 40 LDL / HDL, and reality is, you don't need too much dietry Cholesterol, incase it interferes with the LDL and HDL ratios, and causes a problem.
You do need some Cholesterol though as Cholesterol is used by the Liver to create Bile, which breaks down Fats. Cholesterol also helps make Vitamin D, and a few other things I forget, but having a lot of Yolks might impact negatively on Cholesterol levels in some way, so have Egg Whites, and just stick to a Yolk a day.
