on off days

hmm do you have to eat just as much on off days if youre tryna gain alot of muscle mass or can you eat a little less?
and with the protein shake, i take it everyday even on off days.

everything will be the same except you won't have a post training meal including no shakes, they are only needed after training...you can make up cal's by adding more protein, healthy fats and veggies on off days if you need to
