I weigh more than 14 stone I win! Anyways.

What are your lift numbers so I can see where you're at strength wise.

on the bench press its around 50-70 KG which i feel is really weak

Why are 3 sets too much? Seems like a good middle ground?

if you've had a long lay off then opt for "your body is a barbell" byalwyn cosgroive which is a bodyweight program but after a lay off you need to consition the joints and muscles for external weight

i bet you that you won't go for that so i'll also suggest the waterbury method
