Jog 2 miles on a treadmill at 6mph. about 3 days a week. Also, following a program for push-ups having some success. The jogging was something that actually started out as walking when I weighed 260 lbs. , but I am not losing weight anymore with the jogging so I wanted to add more excercises to help lose weight. I seam to be stuck at 210lbs.
heard of interval training bro? Fast slow fast slow? Gets you the mean sweat. I generally do say 7mph slow speed jog for 1min, 12mph run for a min etc. Great exercise for burning fat. I guess adjust speeds to what you can do and go for 15min+
I don't know that it will , I was asking if anyone would know that if building upper body strength through push-ups would help doing chin-ups which I would think also uses upper body strength.
well they won't, chin ups are 100 times harder then push ups...the best way to do chin ups is to actually do them...search "christain thibadue chin ups" and you should get something in google
