Hi, i'm new to the site, and was wondering about the workout journals. when you are doing a bodyweight workout (ie; ab crunch) it asks for you to fill out set#, weight# in lbs, and reps#. What would you put in for the weight # in lbs?
Well however many sets you do and reps log them. As for weight, you're probably just using about 1/4 of your bodyweight, as Legs are only stabilisers, and Lower Torso is being worked, so just put the lbs figure as 1/4 of your total bodyweight and don't sweat it .
