static contraction only has a 15 degree range of motion carryover...sure it will increase preacher curl strength but not much else (chins, etc)

i thought static contraction had NO motion?

it does but the strength increases carryover more range of motion but not full range of motion so say the middle 3rd part of a curl will be strong but you still won't be able to initate the movement from the bottom

thanks swanso, I knew I was slipping somewhere on that one, its been a bit since I actually looked at it, but remember it is well structured.
