size of chest 42in&waist39in
i need 44in chest & waist 34in
with respect i need 18in baiceps

Start setting realistic goals and take them on one at a time. Don't go too overboard on what you want or you're setting yourself up for disappointment. Just get a goal and stick to it. Then set a new goal.
