haha i know i shud rest but its jus cold and cough..
so is it safe to work out sick? or jus do light weights?

I workout sick all the time. When you're training for a fight you can't take time off. It won't hurt you. You just may have to dig a little deeper for that motivation to get up and go, but you should be fine.
