total sets 25 with 8to10 repitations
tuesday tricep/stomatch
wednesday
in/dn chest/stomatch
thursday
back/baicep/thaighs
total sets 30 with 12to 15 rep
friday
baicep/stomatch
saturday
cardio/stomatch

why 25 sets and not 20???
2 chest days and 1 leg day???

you may right, but i hve lover body poblem, grow more ,&more size
i need more work for lower body &middle body,
you have any more suggetion for me,&thx for reply

Whoa. If you are going to do a bodypart split I would do 16 sets max.

mon - lower body
tue - off
wed - upper body
thu - off

we intake callarise whithout off.

The days off are for recovery. It's not good to over work your muscles.

i don't what that means but either way you don't grow in the gym, you grow when you're recovering...no recovery no growth
