is it isolate or concentrate?

isolate should be taken after workout, because it is absorbed easier.
you can add some fruit, blueberries are good.

I have the Advanced Whey (25g protein/scoop) and mix each scoop with 8 oz water. Lately, I have just been mixing a scoop with 1/2 cup of oats in the morning! YUMMMO

Exactly, as it will increase the calories in it, and increase the number of Enzymes needed to process the Stomach contents.

Plus the Fruit won't digest that well, ruining the nutrition up to a point.

Best kind of shake to have is one with a high GI complex Carb in it, or a simple complex combination, or a high GI complex carb source like Oats for example as a supplemental thing, if your shakes are Carb free.

I thought these wheys have a mixture guide on them. Mine does. 8 ounces per scoop, milk or water. Mine's an isolate. 35 g protein per scoop at 110 cal.

cheers

Okay i'm just a little confused. I train in the mornings. when i wake up i drink a protein shake, two scoops of whey and it has 0 carbs, then i eat a bannana on the way to the gym. after i work out i drink another shake and eat some toasted wheat bread with peanut butter on it. am i doing this right? when should i eat bannana?

1 - only have 1 scoop
2 - you need more with post training meal
3 - i'd have banana before shake myself
