You want to get big? Eat all protein on sight.

I've read a little bit though, u gotta keep the protein at a balance. Like too much is harmful to your body?

not quite that easy...

to build muscle you must:

- eat more cal's then you expend
- eat the correct balance of protein, fats and carbs
- eat the right balance of each at specific times
- ensure you have adequate recovery between sessions, movements of training etc
- have a long term plan
- lift heavy
- use the progressive overload principal
- use the correct exercises
- use the correct rest periods

this is about 10% of it...are you do all of these?

yea i do all of that except like i said ive been reducing calories cuz i wanted to lose weight.
but since i decided to just pack it on, i'll be eating more cal's than i used to.
and i'm still gettin the hang of eating 6 times a day cuz i never done it before.

Eating more does not mean pack it on either, keep eating clean! Heavy compound lifts, forget exercises like isolated forearm curls and bi curls and tricep pushdowns etc. Big movements involving lots of muscles all at once.

Squats, Rows, chi-ups, pull-ups, Bench Presses, Push-ups, Dips, Deadlifts, Shoulder Presses, Cleans, etc.

Cheers
