I've been using the WB method for about 3 weeks now, and I definetly feel like i'm getting stronger. However the one place I don't really feel like i'm being challanged is in the abdomincal section. I was thinking of adding Crunchs, leg lifts, and maybe some torso twists before running program, but I figure I'd check in here first and (hopefully) get some sage advice.
Another question I had is i've dropped about 8ish pounds since i started dieting and running, but i mostly stablized once I started weight lifting. As I said before, I only started lifting 3 weeks ago, but I figured body fat would continue to go down.
Thanks so much for any input guys!

heavy lifting and eating clean builds abs not crunches, leg lifts and torso twists which apparently are challenging according to your post but i would beg to differ
if scale is stllig then you're probably buildig muscle from the wts which is what you want so as long s you look like you've dropped wt thern continue as you are
