another pec question!

would i be better to only do one chest exercise per chest workout? or a combination? i tried doing one chest exercise per chest workout before with absolutely no results idid this for around 6 weeks but didnt see a change? also during that time it felt like i wasnt doing enough. tips anyone?(im currently doing a combination of chest exercises 3x a week, see "help with pecs") let me know wot u think. cheers

chest workout is as follows:

4x15 dumbell press

4x15 bench press (45kg)

4x8 bench press (55kg)

4x15 pec dec (45kg)

4x15 pec dec (55kg)

and then i finish with another 4 sets of 15 dumbell presses. i do this three times a week. is this overtraining chest?

Hell yes you are overtraining your chest. That's too much for even one day of a chest workout on a bodypart split!!!

daym 20 sets a day 3 times a week?
thats some serious overtraining right there.
u shud've at least felt more pain than usual or ur arms gettin weaker.

if you want strength and size why 15 reps? Should be doing 6-10 of a higher weight. One maybe 2 excercises for the chest a day. Ie. pushups and bench press.
