I think it was you or Katie that posted this routine once for someone to check out ( the "x" rountine)?

And by full squats you mean past 90 degrees squat, right? (Just so others reading know what we mean by full squat)

Yea the sissy squats were recommnded but they hurt knees so i do regular squats instead. Thanks!

I understand with the knees, but the better switch for sissy squats would be front squats not rear squats just so you know. Hey, I think a woman doing squats of any kind is on the right track! Just make sure with front or rear squats you are going past 90 degrees.
