Help me on workout plan..

Post by MrMicky »

Hi all! I'm trying to bulk up and I was wondering if workout is effective for bulking up. These mostly comprise of compound exercises.

Barbell Squats: 5 sets of 8
Bench Press: 5 sets of 8
Dead Lifts: 5 sets of 5
Dumbell Rows: 5 sets of 5
Seated Military Press: 5 sets of 8
Push ups: 3 sets of 15

Is this effective for goal? If not, what do i have to change? thanks!

Not bad, maybe think about splitting that in two days.

Legs and another upper body one day and then the rest on another day.

If you are trying to bulk, lifting is only 1 part. Start eating, eat lots of good natural healthy foods. The only way to gain weight is to take in more cals then you burn, so think about that if you aren't where you want to be in a few weeks.
