Trim abs and arms at home work out - Any suggestions?

Post by chydruedas »

Hello everyone,

I am a very busy person. I have no time to go to gym. Right now, body weight is 105lbs and i stand 5feet. I just lost 8 pounds in two months. But problem is arms and abs have fill outs, they sag because when I was concentrating on diet, I didn't partner with exercise. Please help me get started in trimming arms and abs and I wish to do it at home.

Thank you and I appreciate your response.

you need to build muscle to "fill" them in...do you have any equipment at home?

if not then push ups are your best bet along with some rows where you'll need to get a resistance tube or two coupled with some lunges and stability holds performed in a circuit with no rest btw exercises x 3 - 5 cycles

hmm fellow pinoy. hehe

yea i think resistance bands are ur best bet and female pushups maybe?
some not so heavy little dumbbells will prolly do the job too since ur just looking to fill your arms and abs.
