I've been overweight entire life but always figured I'd have another growth spurt or something which would jump-start metabolism and aide me in losing weight. Ha!
I've been making small changes over the past year and have brought weight down from 330lbs. Just recently have I been doing research on what it will take to reach ultimate goal: 145lbs.
I don't particularly eat a lot, but on a young bachelor's budget most of what I do eat is unhealthy. At least it was, until I really started wanting to get things moving.
Right now I'm compiling a meal plan that's cheap and easy to eat while on the move (I'm a delivery driver). After I get something down on paper I'll focus on a simple exercise routine to get the ball rolling. I don't have any equipment, so it will be mainly cardio for the time being.
I hope to learn a lot from this website and its inhabitants, possibly even make a friend or two
