I will admit to having no recognised certification, regards weight training, Cardio, or Diet matters, though over the past 7.5 years, I've listened to others, done some research on this and that, for own needs, or other peoples, and I've got own experiences of certain things, which I might share sometimes, from an inside looking out perspective.
I'm not new to these types of boards, though I won't say where I have been / do go, except that yes profile link, is for own personal board, and no I've not come looking to poach members, I'm just here to help like others are

I do try to muck in when I can, but I do accept there are people here that are qualified, and that's okay, I totally respect that, and certainly I never intentionally state things as gospel, if I'm anything less than 100% sure. I don't generally enter into discussions about unfamiliar subjects, and I don't promote myself as some tin god, that's not style.
Not saying anybody else here does either

I'm also not the sort of guy that goes, I agree or yeah what he / she said a lot, to look clever

So I look forward to interacting with others, hopefully not tred on any toes, and bring what I've got to the table when I can.
