pack your own lunch...bread, baked chips and lemonade are not good and will not get you closer to your goal, it will get you further from them though...read the sticky thread here "read before posting...Hello Iam new to this forum and I would love some feedback. I am currently at 187-185lbs. and I usually eat Subway Tuna Sandwich w/ spinach, three tomatos, very little onions and jalapenos also 2 triangles of american cheese.. with some baked chips and light lemonade. I work in an office and find it very hard to eat healthy when I live about 15min from home and have not much of a healthy choices and I have a 1 hour lunch.. Can anyone help me with maybe a diet plan or if Im doing okay. I havents started working out in a while but I will start I love cardio and when I do go to the GYM i go for about 2 hours......Any suggestions?

Guys thank you so much it is very helpfull! Well I kinda got off the Tuna I was actually in the Hospital about a week ago with really bad stomach cramps and I felt very nauseated! So the DR gave me some medication (it was a stomach virus). So what Im doing now is waking up early and packing lunch (chicken breast sandwich wheat bread cheese and baked chips with water. but i sometimes change it around and have other healthy foods i dont fry foods now so if i make meat or chicken I bake (Drain pain underneath) or I steam the meat and brown it just a little. do yall know any quick diet foods that I can eat...![]()
